By accessing or using Limbo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Limbo provides AI-powered creative tools for generating product photography, fashion lookbooks, and other visual content. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to process user-uploaded images and generate new visual content.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating content. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs. Credits from subscriptions do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or to generate misleading or deceptive content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload to the Service. Generated content is licensed to you for commercial or personal use according to your subscription plan. We do not claim ownership of generated content. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized usage data to improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
